Responsible for reducing client overstock inventories of surgical closures. Conducts inventories and helps clients determine if program is suitable for their needs. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Works primarily on client site. Conducts inventories and presents PANDAC program to client.

  1. Assists client organizations in stocking central supply.

  2. Assists in database maintenance for PANDAC Program.

  3. Works with client material managers to identify inventory problems and solutions.

  4. Forwards PANDAC inventories and supporting documentation to Corporate for detailed analysis and preparation of recommendations for customer participation in program.

  5. May personally fill client short orders.

  6. May credit client account for excess inventories of string and stables. SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Performs additional duties as directed.   1. EDUCATION & FORMAL TRAINING: Basic knowledge of arithmetic, english, and grammar. Accuracy in checking, posting, and counting. Simple use of automated office equipment. Adaptable to clerical routines. Equal to a high school diploma. B. WORK EXPERIENCE: Over three months up to and including one year. C. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: 10 key by touch required. Personal computer skills a plus. Good interpersonal skills. EQUIPMENT, TOOLS AND WORK AIDS: Personal computer, telephone equipment, schedules, file cabinets, pens, and pencils.
