Owens & Minor Director, Supply Chain Solutions Operations in Mechanicsville, Virginia
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for the financial and operational success of all Supply Chain Management Services within a territory including providing and maintaining standard operating procedures in planning and executing supply chain management services deliverables (action plans, status reports, timelines, success measurement); creating and overseeing processes for tracking and analyzing engagement performance; reviewing monthly engagement status reports prepared by the on-site leader and providing input and recommendations concerning deliverables, issues and/or projected shortfalls.
Represents regional services sales & operations in quarterly Regional Business Team meetings:
Presents services financials, regional services strategies & priorities
- Supports/drives functional excellence

EDUCATION & FORMAL TRAINING:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related health care field is required.A Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Care Administration or related health care field is desired.
5 to 7 years of director-level experience in hospital materials management or health care consulting and managing projects and engagements of similar scope and complexity.
