POSITION SUMMARY

Lead contributor for technology support.Has detailed understanding and experience on supply chain services technology applications.Assesses customer IT-related needs, and recommends solutions.Assists in design, testing and implementation of new application features and improved workflows. Works on problems of difficult scope where analysis of situations or data requires an extensive review of a variety of factors.Builds productive working relationships, coordinating efforts between multiple parties.Determines resources required for successful implementation and assigns project resource based on availability, priority, and skillset required.Provides support in delivery of inventory management, contract management, technology implementations, data collection or other client related services.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1.Ensures overall performance of customer support for multiple supply chain services technology applications.

2.Processes and analyzes large-scale customer files; often includes file manipulation and detailed understanding of product database for accurate comparisons.

3.Builds relationships and contacts; routinely coordinates efforts with Development Team, Interface team, Implementation Team, Customer, and other Vendor Systems.

4.Recommends priorities of future roll-outs of technology features; considers current development queue, improvements to customer workflow, and impacts on marketability of application.

5.Performs testing for technology applications, ranging from minor corrections to major capital developments; coordinates with development team, and project lead (if customer specific).

6.Creates documentation for User Guides, help text, and teammate training.

7.Manages groups of Support Specialist or a critical functional area; trains and mentors in a specific function.Develops resource requirements and communicates resource issues when necessary.

8.Contributes to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) or Requests for Proposals (RFPs) as needed.

9.Supports additional Supply Chain Service technology applications and CFE Communication Support Desk as needed.

SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

1.Four year university degree required; Master's Degree preferred

2.Three plus years in healthcare and/or logistics required

3.Three more years in IT preferred

4.Any combination of education and experience to meet the above requirements
