Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

 

Serves as a single point of contact for certain dedicated accounts and manages all aspects of the business relationship, including day to day consumer issues, order input, reporting, revenue management and general education regarding products and services.



ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

1.      Works with Health Plan to ensure successful contract implementations and onboarding.

2.      Quickly and professionally resolves complaints which have escalated to the Health Plan level, including follow through and customer contact.

3.      Increases internal visibility by working with supervisors and staff to escalate issues with the Health Plan.

4.      Proactively communicates with Health Plan to support plan pull through.

5.      Assists in transacting new and existing business based on urgency and need.

6.      Manages reporting and tracking for Health Plans, as necessary.

7.      Act as point of contact for Field Team, Account Managers and Managed Care team members with urgent and pressing issues.

8.      Completes additional activities designed to generate new revenue and support the company's growth.

9.      Presents business reviews to top payers along with Managed Care Directors on a quarterly basis.

10.  Performs special projects as needed.

SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS:  

  • Performs additional duties as directed.


Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:  

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Three or more years of sales support or key account support required

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Excellent working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Brightree processing systems highly preferred
  • Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to practice proper phone etiquette
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office:  Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Provides solutions to customer issues utilizing experience and judgment
  • Conducts complex work important to the organization
  • Ability to train on policies and procedures
  • Highly skilled and proficient; works on complex projects


ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Little or no traveling required (less than 10%)
