Job Description



The individual in this position reviews work order efficiency reports for all production shifts for accuracy; performs inventory adjustments; creates daily maintenance of production spreadsheets; and reviews device history records for accuracy.  This individual will interact daily with the Quality Assurance, Production, Inventory and Logistics Departments and external logistics personnel in order to solve problems as required.


1.      Enters daily production statistics into a production Excel spreadsheet for company distribution.

2.      Reviews work order efficiency reports for all production shifts for accuracy.

3.      Performs sterilization batch processing.

4.      Maintains release dates for sterile batches.

5.      Updates work center information trackers.

6.      Reviews device history records to ensure compliance with Quality Assurance processes; scans Device History Records into Quality control system for compliance purposes.

7.      Performs inventory adjustments for raw materials and finished goods.

8.      Oversees the records retention and on/off-site storage program for device history records.

9.      Enters batch number(s) and updates work center(s) in Navision for "unscannable label" work orders.


1.      Performs additional duties as directed.



  • High school diploma or GED and/or three to four years of experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment preferred.
  • Clean room assembly experience preferred.


  • Must possess strong problem solving ability combined with an ability to make decisions demonstrating good judgment.
  • Must be capable of collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Requires an ability to handle multiple tasks; prioritize work with guidance from immediate supervisor.
  • Must demonstrate functional ability to use Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Must have an ability to learn company software programs such as the ERP system.
  • Posses a proven ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently and possess excellent attention-to-detail.
  • Requires the ability to work under direct supervision, read, comprehend and apply written instructions and procedures to perform the functions of the job; must be able to learn job-related material through verbal instruction and observation in an on-the-job setting.
  • Must possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work well as a team member and independently.
  • Possesses an ability to operate standard office equipment. 
  • Must possess an ability to safeguard sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to support the company's fiscal year-end inventory process.
  • Ability to safely operate lift equipment and maintain forklift certification.

  • Inside working conditions. 
  • 85% of time spent working on a computer while seated; 15% of the time spent walking for Device History Records collecting and batch record organizing.
  • Requires full range of motion to occasionally bend and reach as necessary to move boxes and carts.
  • Requires the ability to occasionally lift and move objects up to 40 pounds for short and long distances.
  • Rarely squats and kneel to perform regularly assigned duties.
  • Rarely twists torso to perform duties such as moving boxes.
  • Requires mobility to access to clean rooms and warehouse work areas.
  • Requires the ability to withstand varying temperature extremes in the warehouse to fulfill regularly assigned duties.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Must comply with company hygiene and gowning requirements as defined in the Department Operating Procedures, "Gowning Requirements and Basic Hygiene for Warehouse, Assembly, Clean Room and Boxing Areas".
  • Must be able to withstand exposure to isopropyl alcohol used for cleaning.
  • Must be able to withstand exposure to latex.



  • Fingering:   Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with whole hand or arm as in handling.
  • Repetitive motions: Making substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
  • Visual Acuity:  Closely viewing in order to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; inspection involving small defects, small parts and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.
