Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

Provides the full range of administrative support. Provides administrative support in a variety of functions to an individual, team, department or another group in an organization. Collects, reviews and analyzes data and prepares reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials. Responds to or routes routine inquiries from external or internal sources with own correspondence or other messaging. Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities. May be responsible for creating reports and distributing on a regular schedule.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

1.      Manages a busy calendar, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings

2.      Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously and in a timely manner

3.      Organizes all domestic and international travel needs and prepare complex travel itineraries

4.      Prepares expense reports on a monthly basis

5.      Provides requested support to other members of the organization's team

6.      Assists with assembly of business materials for meetings, both internal and external.

7.      Provides daily, weekly, monthly reporting to Account Managers using Cognos

8.      Assists with strategic plans

9.      Assists HR with onboarding process for new hires in territory

SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS:  

  • Performs additional duties as directed.


Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:  

  • BA Degree preferred or equivalent business experience

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Great attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and time constraints
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Polished, professional demeanor; prompt and reliable


ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • May need to work extended hours on occasion
