POSITION SUMMARY

 

Supports internal and external customer recommendations for new/existing analytics offerings. Assists with identifying business needs, building business cases and defining value of various deliverables. Responsible for establishing and maintaining project deadlines and delivering project information, as well as managing communication of project deliverables and expectations. Comfortable working with various customer departmental heads, including Materials Management and IT; works well with sales teammates. Supports special projects and key initiatives including process management and data analytics.



ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

  1. Participate in development of new analytics offerings and support continued development of existing offerings

  1. Analyze data, prepare reports, and perform other related tasks; identify and interpret trends and communicate impacts for leadership

  1. Identify key business, market, and product opportunities in alignment with corporate strategy

  1. Coordinate with sales team and internal departments to ensure business solutions are positioned to be implemented on a global scale

  1. Support roll-out of new reports, dashboards, and solutions and educate customers and teammates on mechanics of various solutions

  1. Execute strategic projects in collaboration with business leaders to define deliverables and present findings and recommendations

  1. Communicate status of programs or projects to customers and project team members

  1. Participate in customer presentations with the sales force when needed

SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:  

�         Four-year undergraduate degree, or equivalent experience required

�         Supply chain, logistics, or clinical experience is desired but not essential

�         Minimum 3-5 years' experience in data analytics, business reporting, and project management

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Ability to review and analyze information from multiple sources
  • Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate with teammates at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated data management skills
  • Strong PC skills with a good understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work under structured supervision, independently, and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated coordination and project management skills
  • Proven ability to learn new software and technical tools


ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

�         Ability to Travel 10% - 20%
