POSITION SUMMARY

 

Participates as a critical member of the Talent Center of Excellence leadership team to implement and optimize team projects, processes and programs, enabling the delivery of innovative and impactful solutions.   Assesses, monitors and provides insights into the effectiveness of Talent programs, sharing key learnings and recommended process improvements. Works to ensure the successful execution and tracking of global talent programs and strategies.  Executes core responsibilities across the teammate life cycle to include candidate attraction and experience, talent development and management programs, reporting and analytics, vendor and third-party partnerships and management of the team dashboard.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1.       Manages, supports and tracks assigned Talent projects and initiatives including project planning, gathering business and design requirements and coordinating cross functional teams and driving projects toward implementation.

2.       Administers programs and systems related to budget management, audit and compliance and metrics and reporting.

3.       Manages ongoing Talent programs to increase adoption. Partners with key stakeholders to manage progress toward meeting desired outcomes. Develops roadmaps to support future change. 

4.       Partners with HR Operations, HRBPs, IT, Learning & Development, Benefits, Compensation and Finance to build Talent process integrations.

5.       Manages programs and initiatives including internal talent mobility and candidate attraction programs (campus/military/diversity).  Partners with Talent Acquisition and HRBP teams on program support and execution to ensure connectivity to the talent life-cycle brand.

6.       Supports Merger & Acquisition activities as related to the Talent Center of Excellence (COE), talent systems and process due diligence and integrations.

7.       Ensures process documentation, workflows and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are captured and optimized across the Talent team.

8.       Drives analytics and reporting for Talent capabilities while ensuring data integrity.  Develops and manages dashboards, ad-hoc analyses and evolving approaches based on customer feedback.  Leverages data and gathers insights that will inform/influence future direction.

9.       Coordinates and monitors third-party vendor partnerships relating to administration, performance and contract adherence.  Partners with Talent COE Leadership and the Procurement Team on negotiations and vendor additions/replacements.  Provides input to the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.

10.   Partners across the Talent COE Leadership Team to reduce program complexity, streamline program timelines and incorporate teammate feedback, assisting with the evolution of the function and its processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIREMENTS:

1.       BA/BS degree, required in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related disciplinary area

2.       Minimum, three (3) years of program management experience, preferred

3.       Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus

4.       Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Learning Management Systems

5.       Prior experience in vendor management and third-party service providers

6.       Prior experience managing multi-scale projects from end-to-end including implementation and delivery

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:

         Strong data analytics and quantitative skills with an ability to translate analysis into actionable dashboards and measurable results

         Proven hands-on and strategic experience in an HR/Talent/Recruitment functions, preferably multiple areas of the function

         Knowledge of evolving best practices in the field of talent acquisition/talent management

         Understanding of root cause analysis, with the ability to document effectively and resolve timely

         Proficiency in with HRIS/ATS/LMS systems, sourcing strategies, PowerPoint and Excel

         Strong excel accumen with ability to manage large amounts of data and develop functional deliverable information, strong verbal and written communications skills

         Proven ability to  build relationships in order to coordinate and facilitate projects cross-functionally

         Passion for innovative talent solutions and process improvement

         Strong project leadership and facilitation skills
