POSITION SUMMARY

 

Develops and manages digital marketing initiatives across the subsidiary to support the brand and all product therapies. Supports and maintains the subsidiary's websites, brand, product messaging, and e-commerce activity and evolution.



ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

1.       Expands digital marketing competency; contributes to on-going digital transformation across the subsidiary including site redesign, content strategy and the development of a digital catalog.

2.       Develops and executes the marketing strategy for the subsidiary's online presence including: website, reorder platform, and social media sites.

3.       Manages digital agency vendors, recommends and tracks digital marketing budgets, and recommends resource investments as it relates to digital marketing for the subsidiary.

4.       Works with subsidiary leadership, marketing leadership, and key partners on content strategy, editing, tagging, maintaining, and publishing provided content to the subsidiary website.

5.       Provides on-going web analytics and reporting to optimize digital activities.

6.       Develops and executes digital advertising campaigns and search engine optimization and re-targeting efforts.

7.       Works with the marketing team to measure and track key programs based on acquisition targets and calls to action.  Measures and reports on program Return on Investment (ROI).

8.       Drives the development and execution of ad-hoc projects by partnering with internal and external consultants. This includes navigating requests, prioritizing needs and keeping track of requirements related to the subsidiary's business needs.

9.       Leads and executes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) needs with respect to retention efforts, reminders and targeted marketing campaigns.

1.      Performs additional duties as directed. 



Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:  

  • Bachelor's Degree; MBA in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Five or more years of Digital Marketing experience; Healthcare experience preferred
  • Experience with both Content Management Software (CMS) and Mobile, Google Analytics, GTM, SEO, Retargeting

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Strong understanding of the following as it relates to managing and posting digital content: WordPress, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Sitecore
  • Strong understanding of System integration concepts: WebService, Batch, EDI, sFTP
  • Strong understanding and experience with responsive design, hybrid applications, mobile applications, and Cross-Browser testing and functionality
  • Demonstrated experience and leadership in managing comprehensive strategic marketing programs to advance an organization's strategy and goals
  • Communicates effectively and persuasively, both verbally and in writing
  • Manages time and resources effectively through strong organization, multi-tasking, delegation, time management, and project management skills
  • Demonstrated skill and confidence in proactively building relationships with top tier partners/leaders both internally and externally
  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive team member who welcomes challenges


ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:  

  • Ability to domestically travel up to 10%
  • Ability to work various shifts
  • May work extended hours on occasion
