POSITION SUMMARY

 

Creates strategies and directs creation of marketing materials and campaigns. Evaluates and ensures the quality of creative content for the assigned group.   Leads all branding and in-house graphic design work for the assigned group.



ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

1.       Manages graphic design and oversees marketing materials for all therapies in the assigned group.

2.       Creates marketing strategies that will evolve the subsidiary's brand.

3.       Oversees creation of art, photo, video and layout designs for all marketing materials.

4.       Establishes and implements design and format standards and processes to produce consistent and high quality results.

5.       Uses knowledge of current graphic design software to produce graphic art and visual materials for promotions, advertisements, and informative and instructional material through a variety of media outlets.

6.       Under the direction of the VP, Marketing, coordinates the annual company meeting including site visits, agenda activates, giveaways, budget development and tracking, reporting, vendor contacts, creating schedules and assignments, as well as on site execution.

7.       Works closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist on all digital, social, and web design projects.

8.       Manages profession service agreements with consulting partners and other marketing vendors.

9.       Provides direction to the Marketing Administrators when needed.

SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS:  

1.      Performs additional duties as directed. 

2.    Provides support to the VP, Marketing, Marketing Managers, and the Field Sales Team as required.



Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:  

  • Four year university degree required; Master's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of five years of marketing experience
  • Three or more years of graphic design experience
  • In depth knowledge of best marketing practices and business marketing strategies
  • Design and branding experience required; including print and digital
  • Or a combination of education and experience to meet the above requirements
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Adobe Certification preferred

  • Demonstrated experience and leadership in managing comprehensive strategic marketing programs to advance an organization's strategy and goals
  • Demonstrated skill and confidence in proactively building relationships with top tier partners/leaders both internally and externally
  • Strong ability to anticipate future needs of the organization
  • Anticipates problems and works proactively to solve them through creative thinking


ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:  

  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Ability to work various shifts
