POSITION SUMMARY

 

Manages the day-to-day operations of the SurgiTrack business.  Provide oversight of the strategies and vision of the SurgiTrack leadership team.  Responsible for SurgiTrack quoting and pricing activities, analytics and customer business reviews.  Acts as liaison between SurgiTrack field team and the home office.  Works with the Director, SurgiTrack Process & Integration to develop new technology for the SurgiTrack platform and other technology integrations with global partners.  Supports management on program administration and other activities as needed.  



ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

1.       Manages the team of SurgiTrack Business Specialist(s) to include providing training, direction, coaching and development.  Ensure pricing, quoting, and reprice activity is completed accurately and on time.

2.       Works with the SurgiTrack leadership team to develop and administer competitive pricing models.  Ensures all quotes meet profitability thresholds. 

3.       Supports the development and testing of new technology in the SurgiTrack platform and coordinates with partners to ensure seamless technology integration.

4.       Regulatory contact for SurgiTrack.  Ensures that all recalls impacting SurgiTrack kits are tracked and reported on; works with CARE Room DCs to ensure that recall activity is properly logged.

5.       Manages SurgiTrack platform including working with developers and field team on system performance, system development, and issue management.

6.       Operates as a resource for the SurgiTrack sales force and field implementation team; provide support for teammates on administrative aspects of the program.

7.       Provides support for SurgiTrack operations and sales teams to reinforce sales message.

8.       Provides support for and/or participate in specialty projects and customer presentations when needed.

9.       Works with management team on all other administrative aspect of team and program management, i.e., structure and territory assignments, meetings, and team security reviews.

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:  

  • Bachelor's degree, required
  • Minimum, three (3) years of experience in healthcare and/or supply chain, with an emphasis on process improvement and regulatory knowledge.
  • Minimum, two (2) years managerial experience

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Knowledge of general PC software (spreadsheet, word processing and graphics presentation).
  • Knowledge of healthcare/distribution industry and the unique needs of customers.
  • Ability to learn new technical tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver effective presentations and facilitate discussions with large or small audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple layers of direct reports; Ability to motivate and direct the work of others.
  • Ability to meet stringent deadlines and perform under stress.
  • Ability to manage changing environment.
  • Ability to develop action plans and follow-up to completion.
