POSITION SUMMARY

 

Provides critical administrative, data and clerical support to the Commercial Excellence team and the national sales organization.  Ensures that all necessary data is tracked appropriately in order to achieve team goals and projects in a timely manner. 



ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1.      Coordinates all internal approvals, Purchase Orders, coding and payments for vendors related to various sales and services projects in such an organized fashion that the budget is easily tracked; Coordinates with finance ensuring that monthly budget updates are reflected appropriately.

2.      Creates time and expense codes for service line and customer project reporting.  Runs reports for time and expenses.

3.      Coordinates account management process with sales and internal teammates.  Includes scheduling meetings, tracking customer data, pricing action items, project plans.

4.      Creates and maintains Clinical Procedural Solutions (CPS) accounts in the Business Line's systems and in Salesforce.com.

5.      Maintains sales teammate/account alignment in O&M systems.

6.      Supports entire commercial excellence organization with project coordination, data compilation, data entry, and light analytics.  Also support sales organization with prioritized projects.

7.      Supports maintenance of boilerplate language for RFPs and helps account management team ensure the systems stay updated.  May also help put together RFP books.

SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1.  Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • High School Diploma, required.  Associate degree in business, preferred. 
  • Minimum, one (1) year of general work experience, preferably in a matrixed, fast-paced environment. 
  • Prior experience working with national sales team, preferred. 

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Knowledge of Technology Tools such as Sharepoint and Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of PC proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to make basic decisions and determine when to escalate to the appropriate parties.
  • Ability to create, organize and prioritize data and resources.
  • Ability to work provide data and complete tasks for projects in a timely manner. 
  • Ability to pay appropriate attention to detail and act in a professional manner.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate energy, flexibility, proactivity and collaboration with various teams.
