POSITION SUMMARY

 

Provides general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition function.



ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  1. Provides support for the Talent Acquisition function giving various types of administrative support. 
  2. Monitors various electronic mailboxes distributing inquiries or requests for information to necessary parties as required.
  3. Coordinates recruiting events and ensures resumes are loaded into the Recruitment Marketing Platform.  
  4. Coordinates and schedules candidate interviews for home office.
  5. Assists in coordinates special events and local teammate functions.
  6. Makes travel arrangements for candidates as required.
  7. Assists with development of materials used in classes or events.
  8. Assists the department by preparing for meetings, reviewing requests, and processing decisions made in meetings.
  9. Manages all new hire paperwork including I9 verifications for the entire home office.
  10. Manages all follow up and communication on pending background checks and drug tests for the entire home office recruiting team to ensure clearance for orientation.
  11. Manages a mailbox for requisition requests, tracks in Excel ensuring all requests are accurate, complete and have the correct approvals.  Assists in the coordination and delivery of requisition requests for final approval. 
  12. Processes invoices and expense reports according to formal processes.
  13. Occasionally assists with screening candidates to see if qualified, interested and available.
  14. May assist with candidate sourcing and screening as needed during peak recruiting periods.

SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

1.      Performs additional duties as directed.



Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • High school diploma  required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 year minimum experience in a staffing support role

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, Oracle iRecruit Knowledge a plusAbility to work independently with limited supervision
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressured deadlines
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook).
  • Excellent keyboarding skills
  • Adaptable to change
  • Time management skills
