Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Total Rewards Analyst supports the Total Rewards team by researching, providing analytics, and participating in project work as needed in order to assist the team in meeting crucial business-linked goals.



ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1.       Develops and maintains communication with teammates on plan procedures and provisions for health and welfare plans.

2.       Monitors and processes teammate benefit changes in HRIS system.

3.       Verifies outside vendors' and insurance companies' invoices and submits them for approvals and payment.

4.       Assists team in preparing salary recommendations, compression analysis, annual market review/salary range changes, and other analysis required in order to support business needs.

5.       Acts as Job Description Database Administrator; prepares job descriptions in standardized form, recommending job levels using job evaluation and market pricing techniques.

6.       Coordinates open enrollment for benefit programs including conducting teammate meetings.

7.       Completes submission materials for various compensation and benefit surveys.

8.       Supports team in completing special projects as required.

SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1.      Performs additional duties as directed.



Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

1.      Bachelor's degree required.

2.      Up to three years of experience in HR, Benefits or Compensation area preferred.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:

1.       Strong analytical and problem solving ability.

2.       Strong skillset in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word). 

3.       High comfort level with new systems and technology. 

4.       Ability to multi-task, work independently and establish priorities; stay organized and exercise flexibility when working on multiple projects.

5.       Ability to interact with staff at all levels of the company, cross-functional teams multiple departments on a daily basis.

6.       Ability to work as a team player with strong team collaboration. 

7.      Strong written and verbal communication skills.



ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

1.       Ability to travel up to 10%
