Provides analytical support, guidance and recommendations to the O&M Transportation team. Supports a team of transportation professionals in the efficient execution of all daily transportation operations, with additional responsibility to continuously improve results in quality, service and cost performance.  Facilitates the optimization and flow of products, information and communication between vendors, service providers, distribution centers and customers. Analyzes and provides meaningful interpretation of transportation data to support overall business goals and requirements.  


1.       Develops and delivers transportation analytics, metrics and KPI's to support the continuous improvement of the transportation network.

2.       Analyzes parcel, LTL and TL transportation spend to ensure expenses are in line with overall company goals.

3.       Develops and maintains foundational transportation reporting; including service, cost and quality.

4.       Supports the operational execution of transportation network, focused on attainment of customer metrics, through development of metrics and KPI's aligned with departmental goals and objectives.

5.       Supports carrier RFP's by providing rate reviews and scenario analyses, resulting in provider selection and implementation.


1.       Performs additional duties as directed.



  • Four year undergraduate degree required, preferably in Logistics and Transportation
  • 1 - 2 years of analytical or planner experience in logistics and/or transportation preferred
  • Operational experience in transportation and logistics preferred


  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate and translate data into meaningful action with stakeholders and Transportation leadership
  • Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions, making recommendations based on that analysis


  •  Ability to travel up to 5%
